Here is an overview of what our services entail.
1. Market Positioning Strategy: Our first job is to understand the nuances of your business and to ready you to approach management. Normally, this ramp up period will take around 2 weeks. We are going to ask your firm to make an investment in you. We need to make sure they know what they are getting, even from you -- who they may have known for years. We then develop a clear message that both of us can use to proceed forward and this information is placed in Strategy Report that we call a 'Roadmap.'
2. Begin the Ask: Different team members will have different relationships with management. We want to start with smaller Asks and make sure that when we are done with the campaign, we have solved all or most of the thorny issues the team is facing -- from office space to IB leads. We need to make this THEIR idea.
3. Ramp up the pressure: When we say that we will work with you to obtain the dollars that you want, that is exactly what we mean, Since you are going to front the negotiations, much of what we do is prepare you with every conceivable scenario that management throws your way. You will also have all of the competitive data that you need to understand what your business is worth in the market, so that you know what discount that you are taking. There is nothing wrong with accepting such a package and continuing the flow you are enjoying. Moving is disruptive, and we are just trying to get a reasonable package that keeps the business status quo. But, we do have nuclear options that we can employ. Our job is to prepare you with all the information you need.
